Comment: i disagree with the comment craig left as i regularly get deliveries from the shop.. never waited that long as he has said.. staff always explain on the fone tht it will takea while.. the food is always served fresh and hot... the staff and delivery drivers have a very good manner with customers.. keep up the good work de niros xxxx

Comment: This was the first time i had been to De Niro's it was the best food i had from a takeaway in years staff were helpfull and very nice i now go 2-3 times a week my frinds and family go there aswell now keep up the good work

Comment: i had some food delivered, and have done several times sinse the first time. the waiting time is much the same as any other outlet, usually between 45 and 60 mins. food is always vrey good, i'll be back. the waitnig time in the shop is alot quicker after they hired the new fryer, more or less zero waiting, keep up the good work and you'll see me back again and again

Comment: Totally disagree with both of the below comments!!! Food is always excellent, no problems with service - yes may have to wait in a queue but surely that is a good sign that food is always fresh. i've had deliveries from it too and time to wait is the same as any fast food delivery. Would recommend to anyone.
